I served in Zaire from 1976 to 1977, teaching TEFL at Institut Kimia in Gemena, Equateur. I currently live in Loudoun County Virginia where I have been teaching at Park View High School for 31 years. I teach Social Sciences. Several of my students have gone on the become Peace Corps volunteers around the world and at least two have served in Africa.
