[edit] Description of Service
My experience in Guatemala will always be with me. My living room has a marimba and pictures from Guatemala on the wall - and then there's my daughter - who was born there. Her father and I are divorced, but Guatemala will always be part of my life. I wrote my dissertation about Jakaltek backstrap weaving and later self-published it as a bilingual book. I have also authored three books about tapestry crochet, a craft that I discovered in Guatemala. I continue to research crafts of all types, as I first did in Guatemala. My main home page has links to web pages that I've made for craftspeople around the world.
