Lessons Learned from Service My life was enriched far more than I was able to contribute, and I gained a lasting appreciation of different cultures and languages.
About Charles Browne After Peace Corps, I went to work in the corporate world and for the next 35 years lived in South America and Asia (primarily Brazil and China). I retired in 2004 as head of a large multinational's China operations.
