[edit] About Daryl E. Noll Today

As of 2002, Daryl E. Noll was a passenger screener for the Homeland Security Dept. In 1996, he taught ESL for the University of Mobile in San Marcos, Nicaragua. He spent four years as a Public School Teacher (math and Spanish)in the New Orleans area. After he left the Peace Corps in 1967, he got a Master's in Economics and taught at Limestone College in Gaffney, South Carolina. He found teaching too "removed" from the world he had known in Ecuador. After another year of graduate study, this time in urban and regional planning, he took a position in Columbia, South Carolina, working for the Governor's Office of Regional and State Land Use and Environmental Issues. He also worked as a Regional Planner for the Ministry of Urban Affairs in Canada until he moved to Washington, D.C. in January of 1976. In D.C., he worked for Secretary Joe Califano at the Health and Human Resources Department and for the Department of Energy. In 1981, he moved to Mobile, AL and started a family. He has two girls and boy between the ages of 15 and 21.
