Kanifing is by far the larger of the two districts of Banjul Division.

Kanifing is a city in the Banjul Division of The Gambia. It is located near Serrekunda, the largest city in the country. Kanifing is also one of the two district in Banjul Division. It is far larger than the other district, Banjul District.
