[edit] About rod Rylander Rylander Today

I was a PCV in BElize (2000-2002) and in the Crisis Corps during Hurricane Katrina. I have continued to do similar PC work in Costa Rica, Honduras, and again in Belize. I helped create Earthaven Ecovillage near Asheville, NC. I have designed a $3,000 hurricane, earthquake, and insect resistant house. I am promoting sanitary 5 gallon bucket compost toilets to replace the expensive, unsanitary, and smelly outhouses and open sewers of the world in order to improve sanitation, health, and save water.
